Lake Powell & Horse Shoe Bend, Arizona

The hot weather welcomed us as we arrived to Arizona. We spent the night in our tent in a campsite at Wahweap Marina and woke up to a hot and steamy morning with the view of Lake Powell. I had heard people talk about hot weather in Arizona but I was finally able to experience and let me tell you the experience was not so pleasant.

Fun at Zions National Park

Alongside our trip to Utah, Zion’s National Park was our next stop! We were camping at Brian Head Peak (11,307 feet high) for the night and heading to Zion’s next morning! The drive to the peak was exhilarating as we could see quite a sight!  It was our first camping and we were beyond excited!

Happy hump day everyone!! This year is flying by so quickly. This post is continuation of my previous Chicago post (Seen here). Chicago’s weather is always so unpredictable. A day earlier it was bright and sunny and the next day it was rainy and cold. One exciting thing I love about Chicago is the arbitrary graffiti on casual areas.
