Old Hollywood Inspired Glam

Old Hollywood glamour! Tell me who doesn’t love the classic and gorgeous look! And oh yeah! It is back and better than ever! This look is highly inspired by the Hollywood style icons Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hephurn, Natlie Wood, Grace Kelly and so many more.

Happy Friday! Yayy weekend is here I am so excited to share this post with you guys finally! Couple weeks ago I had a chance to be glammed by MakeupbyBidhya (#makeupbybidhya) for a special shoot (I will disclose about it soon). Who doesn’t love a glam right? Sharing few of our shots post the glam session and thank you Sarobar for these awesome pics!

When old Hollywood style comes to my mind, I think about the fabulous and vintage curls and the eye catching eyeliner. For this look, we decided to take a look back and get inspired by the Hollywood icons  for simple grace and striking makeup. Eyeliner is one of my must have tool when it comes to makeup and I love how it accentuates any eye and draws the attention.

Here, MakeupbyBidhya chose to go with a long winged liner for a dramatic look but she brings it all together with a shuttle contour and fresh yet glowing face. To get the hollywood style curls, we chose Nume curler which is super easy to use and gives you the perfect curl in matter of minutes. I think that this would be a perfect makeup for a daytime or evening event. We also experimented with a hot tangerine lip color to switch this look to a night time event and I think that it perfectly pairs along as well. I love the combination of the iconic winged liner and bold lips. I love how this overall makeup turned out; indulgent yet stylish. Please comment below and let me know how you like this look!
