Beautiful Salt Lake City

What can I say about Salt Lake City? This city reminded me so much of Kathmandu, Nepal. Well, at least the mountains did! This was our first time in Utah and we were very excited about it! We had so many exciting things planned for the trip!

Last weekend, Mr. husband and I, we went on a trip to Salt Lake City to meet his cousin and take some sightseeing and camping trip around Utah & Arizona. As we arrived to SLC, the weather was pretty hot; Well! for us Minnesotans but we should not be complaining the heat right! SLC was surrounded by beautiful mountains and through my first impression, I found the city very calm. No traffic hush hush (not that day)! We started our first day with a hike to Ensign Peak which was around 15-20 mins hike and took us to the beautiful view of the entire city (pictured below)! Our main motto of this trip was to spend some quality time with my sister in law and her boyfriend and eat delicacy she would make, (Yes, she is a big foodie, a makeup lover and not to forget very very cute), take bunch of pictures (literally, bunch) and lots of new adventures that we had planned around Utah, Arizona and Nevada ( I will share more pics from rest of our crazy trip soon) !

We had so much fun hiking, catching up on stuffs and just laughing and more laughing just on the very first day

Next day was shopping and eating day for us! We went shopping and spent the evening cooking and drinking at home! Enjoying some peaceful and sound time before we head out to our one crazy and adventurous road trip to some awesome national park! I can’t wait to share my crazy experience!
